We’d like to share the story of Jackson, a resilient young man who has overcome immense challenges, including significant health struggles and the loss of his primary caregiver. His aunt Mitzi stepped in with love and sought a place where Jackson could find not just care but a sense of belonging. That’s when they found Sertoma, and their lives changed. 


At Sertoma, Jackson has flourished—forming friendships, finding purpose, and brightening lives with his boundless curiosity and joy. Mitzi says, “He never meets a stranger,” and his vibrant personality uplifts everyone around him. Sertoma has become more than a care provider; it’s a community where Jackson and others like him thrive.
